Quality Policy

DIMAR was founded in 1954, originally it was created for the manufacture of radio devices. Later, in 1958, due to the growing demand for generic and voltage transformers, we started manufacturing transformer accessories during our expansion in the national market. Specializing in the late 1970s in the manufacture of metal parts.

Our main objective is to offer a high quality product within the deadlines that our clients demand. In order to accomplish this, DIMAR continuously incorporates technological innovations that allow us to be a leader in the manufacture of metal parts and in the realization of industrial assemblies

Our extensive experience in the sector, a highly qualified human team and our extensive knowledge of the market, allow us to anticipate ourselves by making the precise changes that guarantee the full satisfaction of our clients at all times.

The services offered by DIMAR are suitable for all manufacturers that subcontract the manufacture of assemblies and metal parts. The main industrial sectors we work with are: electrical, electronic, household appliances, public works, lifting, commercial equipment, automotive and agri-food among others.

DIMAR's management feels responsible and acquires the commitment of establishing and developing a quality system based on the UNE ‐ EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard in order to achieve the following general objectives, which constitute our Quality Policy and which assists DIMAR in achieving the scope of the system: the design and development, the production and the commercialization of luminaires and metal products.

All the members of DIMAR, S.A., assume and practice our Quality Policy, which has been spread across all levels of the organization and that is included below.

The Management of DIMAR, S.A. assumes the Quality Commitment, and delegates the responsibility, supervision and control of the Quality System to the Quality Committee, chaired by the Manager of DIMAR, S.A.

The Quality Committee has decided to promote and spread a clear Quality Policy, which can be summarized in the following sentence: "A non-stop effort aiming the improvement of our results and working procedures should allow us to achieve the improvement of our products at the highest level of expected quality, within the established deadlines and cost objectives ".

We consider Quality as the result of a proper management, supplier evaluation, commercialization, customer service and internal controls. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of our clients and other interested stakeholders, in addition to ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (internal and external), and establishing continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our management.

To achieve the implementation, effectiveness and continuous improvement of the DIMAR, S.A. Quality System, the unconditional participation of all our employees is essential. Each one of them is responsible for the quality of their work and is committed to the success of this QUALITY POLICY.

This Quality Policy is reviewed annually by DIMAR Management in order to check its adequacy. Whenever deemed necessary, it will be updated, which implies a new revision of this Annex.
